About Revenue Management and Growth
As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for managing room inventory, rates, and promotions across various online travel agencies (OTAs).
Our team is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized stays and memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- OTA Optimization
- Manage rate parity across OTAs and direct channels to maximize revenue potential.
- Ensure property listings are accurate and up-to-date, showcasing amenities and services that cater to diverse guest needs.
- Content Creation
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to create engaging property content, including photos and descriptions.
- Monitor guest reviews and ratings, providing timely responses and escalating feedback to operations teams for improvement.
- Coordination and Execution
- Work closely with OTA account managers to execute promotional campaigns and visibility offers.
- Coordinate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to ensure seamless booking operations.
- Performance Analysis
- Track daily bookings, cancellations, and occupancy trends from OTAs to inform data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders to optimize revenue strategies.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Understanding of OTA platforms and their requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing rates and inventory.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
