**Zonal Business Development Manager**

The Zonal Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic alliances across the zone with financial institutions, microfinance organizations, and corporate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine and onboard new partners through consultative B2B engagement.
  2. Promote the company's capabilities across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance services.
  3. Drive innovation in partnership models to enhance market penetration and expand business opportunities.
  4. Achieve zonal targets through partner channels and ensure revenue growth.
  5. Monitor and optimize performance of existing alliances to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy and objectives.
  7. Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
  8. Resolve escalations and ensure seamless operations across partner touchpoints.
  9. Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners and meet their specific needs.
  10. Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product development and strategy.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives to ensure successful implementation of business plans.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate risks.
