Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development efforts, driving strategic partnerships that fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust partnership strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners, leveraging strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • B build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporates, institutions, and channel partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Lead complex negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to activate collaborations, drive revenue growth, and optimize performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue contribution of partnerships, making data-driven decisions to inform strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of building and scaling partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across various stakeholders.
  • A high ownership mindset, with a focus on execution and results-driven outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking, combined with tactical execution ability, to drive business growth and expansion.
