Drive Business Growth with Strategic Partnerships

As a skilled Business Executive, you will be responsible for driving our partnership and alliances strategy forward. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships and negotiate partnership deals.

The role involves analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth, developing and executing strategic partnership plans, and collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants, and convincing them to join as advisors or agency partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with the financial services industry.

This is a full-time on-site role based out of Pune, and you will be required to travel occasionally to meet with clients and partners. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building partnerships and driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.
