Job Overview:
A seasoned and results-driven Channel Development Manager is required to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with brokers, agents, and channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop high-performing channel partner networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants and industry stakeholders
- Source verified clients through partner networks and referrals
- Drive business growth by activating channel partner networks and leveraging local market expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead flow and client onboarding
- Provide regular market insights and recommendations for business improvement
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate channel development or partnership management
- Strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad regions
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, field-oriented, and result-focused
- Own vehicle preferred
