We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Partner to drive execution at scale and partner closely with our leadership team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy, anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Business Leadership: Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen, driving efficiency and monitoring business performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across business units, building trust and influence to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Change Management: Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability, implementing processes and systems aligned with our vision.
  • Leadership Enablement: Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for board and senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Cultural Integration: Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.

Experience & Abilities Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in P&L management or strategic projects, with a proven ability to lead teams or drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with a strong ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change, influencing without authority and building trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics, strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach, and deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution capabilities through past projects or business success, maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
