Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee data accurately and in a timely manner.

This role requires a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably in a managerial role, and hands-on experience with HRMS software.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • a+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
