Job Title: Senior Business Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing Point of Sales Person (POSP) agents for Motor and Health Insurance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with POSP agents to drive business growth through them.
  • Provide training and support to agents to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and recruit new POSP agents to expand our sales network.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in Insurance sales, preferably in the Motor or Health sector.
  • Proven track record of working with POSP agents or Agency channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
