Job Title:

Human Resources Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team and drive strategic initiatives. As a Human Resources Director, you will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
  • BUILD employer branding initiatives to position our organization as a preferred place to work.

People & Culture:

  • Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.

Performance & Growth:

  • Define Key Result Areas (KRAs), review cycles, and learning goals for all departments.
  • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.


You are a proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You have 5+ years of HR experience and a strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills make you a people-first, process-driven HR professional who can effectively drive business results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.
