The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting top talent across various business functions, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilizing expert knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms to source and screen candidates.
  • Collaborating with management and peers to develop strategic recruitment plans that meet client requirements.
  • Analyzing job descriptions and client needs to ensure accurate match of candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Leading by example, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in the US market.
  • Strong technical expertise in talent acquisition software and HR IT systems.
  • Experience in utilizing computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
