Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist and support our organization's full scope of HR responsibilities.

About the Role

This position involves partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintaining and enhancing human resources policies, programs, and practices. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires, conducting performance management, and providing regular feedback to employees to promote growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard high-caliber candidates to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in an Engineering or Automotive industry.
Required Skills
  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
