Job Title: Key Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management and strategy. Your expertise should include strategic thinking, alignment with business goals, and strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and management strategies to support long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Improve employee performance and productivity through collaboration with leaders.
  • Employee Development and Training:
  • Identify training needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and initiatives' impact.
  • Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in HR or related field required.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience with strong strategic thinking and alignment with business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
