Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Agilent Technologies Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer operational requests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards and team guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal partners as necessary to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal partners.
  • Process transactions and manage tickets while meeting strict timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies and problems to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer data governance, master data management, and banking information management.
  • Manage customer master data and maintain the integrity of the process.
  • Work in a rotational environment, adjusting to changing shifts and schedules as needed.
  • Be flexible to work in different regions, including AFO, India, and EMEA, depending on business needs.
Requirements
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with a strong customer-focus and data-driven approach.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to support internal partners and achieve their goals.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, Mendix Web tool, SAP ECC T-codes, and Google Geo-mapping search engine, with technical MS Office knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal partners and understand their requirements.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, global environment, with a strong portfolio and excellent attitude.
  • Delivery-oriented and able to work independently under strict deadlines, with a flexible rotational shift schedule.
  • 4-6 years of experience, with a preference for prior work experience in operations and service.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors.
