IT Technology Services Senior Specialist-Business Continuity Expert

Accelerate Business Continuity with SAP
At SAP, we're committed to helping our customers achieve seamless business continuity. As a Business Continuity Automation Owner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers' operations run smoothly, even in the face of unexpected disruptions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cloud-like innovation, standardized provisioning, and maintenance activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Optimize and stabilize NetWeaver lifecycle management procedures, leveraging analytical tools and capabilities to drive proactive improvements.
- Cover multi-cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
- Structure and coordinate activities, action plans, and timelines to deliver aligned results.
- Create and align test plans, support, and perform testing/validation and roll-out activities.
- Drive issue resolution with the team and utilize the expert network to ensure timely resolution.
- Support technology-related projects in complex environments, managing relationships between stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong SAP BASIS, Sybase ASE Database administration, and system operations know-how, ideally in multi-cloud environments.
- Professional experience in Cloud infrastructure, system administration, or as a technical consultant in SAP cloud implementation.
- Expertise in Business Continuity, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery topics on ASE Database.
- Best practices experience in SAP applications, technologies, or solutions (NetWeaver).
- Knowledge in designing and structuring integrated E2E Lifecycle Management Procedures.
- Project management skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and experience working in international teams and a good understanding of SAP solutions.
