At SAP, we're looking for a seasoned IT Technology Services Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Application Last Line of Defence, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the continuous availability and performance of our customer applications hosted in ECS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, and Business Objects solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical issues and drive important initiatives within the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes and architecture decisions.
  • Work closely with Domain Leads in Application area, Service engineering, and Service Area Operation to influence supportability and operability of products.
  • Participate in initiatives to reduce application-related outages.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Technology Services, with a strong focus on SAP technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Basis systems, including operation system level and SAP system level.
  • Knowledge of Hyperscale environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
  • Incident management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
