Job Title: Messaging Services Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Messaging Services Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will provide steady state support to the messaging infrastructure, handle on-call support responsibilities, and handle escalations, critical issues, server maintenance activities, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep subject matter expertise, advice, and program delivery.
  • Support 24x7 steady state operations, including flexible working in shifts for all required work done and during weekends.
  • Contribute to the development of new techniques and plans within the area of expertise.
  • Thoroughly understand and manage customer business needs and expectations.
  • Provide support on day-to-day operations in managing the Messaging infrastructure of accounts.
  • Work on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.
  • Integrate trends, data, and information into plans, deliverables, and recommendations.
  • Develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent.
  • Anticipate operational, program, and implementation issues and develop preventative measures.
  • Provide advanced technical support within the area of expertise to clients on complex integration issues and often lead major projects.
  • Apply advanced training and experience to resolve difficult client problems where standard practice has failed.
  • Identify, structure, and deliver services that enable business processes.
  • May develop automated methods needed to implement recommended solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures.
  • Design and implement load testing and disaster recovery scenarios.
  • Mentor junior team members.
