**Job Overview:**

The role of an Organizational Development Manager is to drive business outcomes through strategic learning and development initiatives. This involves assessing organizational needs, designing and implementing programs to enhance performance, and fostering a high-performing work culture.

  • Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Design and implement learning programs to improve employee performance and retention.
  • Foster a high-performing work culture by promoting collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for learning programs and initiatives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design and implementation of learning programs, policies, and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and training sessions.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, psychology, human resources).

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development, HR, or a related field.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning programs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools.

• Certification in a related field (e.g., certified professional in learning and performance)
