Livelihood skilling programs aim to enhance the employability of young Indians from low-income households by providing them with core skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude.

Our centers address the vast disconnect between the demand and supply of skilled human resources.

A 60-days training program ensures that there is a significant skill shift among trainees.

Trainees are provided with placement opportunities after the training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling center for Youth and become a partner of choice for all key stakeholders in the defined geographical area.
  2. Strategize, plan, and ensure execution of the livelihood skilling program (GROW Youth).
  3. Seek support from management to achieve specific measurable outcomes.
  4. Track results and strive to make the center a model of excellence for the industry.
  5. Plan and implement outreach activities to create awareness in the community and ensure maximum enrolments at the center.
  6. Engage with agencies to manage outreach implementation and mobilization activities as per requirement.
  7. Lead counselling sessions for Youth to identify their aspirations and expectations and complete the enrolment process.
  8. Execute training activities at the center as per the training calendar.
  9. Monitor training activities to ensure quality training to youth.
  10. Collect feedback from aspirants to improve quality of training and center upkeep.
  11. Ensure pre and post-assessment process for aspirants to provide them with right job opportunities.
  12. Connect and build rapport with local employers to ensure continuous job opportunities.
  13. Convert job roles into relevant format.
  14. Review performance of trainers and Center associates and give constructive feedback.
  15. Capacity build Center associates to ensure smooth functioning of center.
  16. Handhold aspirants at work place after placement.
  17. Maintain Youth life cycle connect to ensure post placements connect with the aspirants.
  18. Update all relevant information in IT platform.
  19. Branding and upkeep of the center as per guidelines.
  20. Participate in hiring and selection process of Center associates & Trainers.
  21. Improve functioning of the center from inputs received from Quality Assurance team.
