About the Role
  • The Area Head will be responsible for establishing and managing a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling Center for youth.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute the GROW program while ensuring the center operates as a model of excellence.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, including youth, employers, and operational teams, to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Center Establishment: Set up new centers to serve youth, if applicable.
  • Program Execution:
  • Plan and implement outreach activities to enroll youth in the program.
  • Oversee quality training delivery and ensure adherence to the training calendar.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to identify youth aspirations and complete enrollments.
  • Monitor and collect trainee feedback to improve training quality.
  • Employer Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local employers to secure continuous job opportunities for aspirants.
  • Team Management:
  • Oversee and review trainers and center associates, providing constructive feedback.
  • Build team capacity to ensure smooth center operations.
  • Participate in the hiring process for trainers and associates.
  • Center Administration:
  • Prepare and manage quarterly budgets.
  • Ensure branding, upkeep, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of enrolments, placements, and fee collection on IT platforms.
  • Post-Placement Engagement:
  • Handhold aspirants at their workplace for short durations after placement.
  • Maintain post-placement connections to track aspirant success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with quality assurance teams to implement feedback and improve center operations.
