MIS Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager MIS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for management information reporting, month-end closing activities, data analysis, preparation of annual plans, monthly outlooks, reforecasts, and monthly presentations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management information to enable business decisions.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and actions.
- Ensure cost analysis and calculation, compute, and communicate key financial information ratios and analysis to top management.
- Provide variance analysis reports of actuals against annual budget plans.
- Ensure accounting structures reflect organizational changes.
- Enable robust cost/financial management decisions.
- Implement efficiency savings and continuous improvement opportunities in the finance process.
- Drive budgeting and planning processes.
- Support timely weekly outlook and reforecast processes.
CA Final/CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
Good academic records with 60% and above across all academics.
A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
