Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IDT Transformer PPC Manager, based in Kherdi, Dadra Nagar Haveli (DNH), The IDT PPC Manager will be responsible for managing and executing orders related to IDT transformer and ensuring that high standard quality transformer is dispatch on time.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement production plans to meet order deadlines.
• Monitor production schedules and identify and resolve bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials are available for production.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production dashboards.
• Work with various departments, including design, procurement, and sales, to ensure a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Analyze production data to find opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Provide regular updates on delivery timelines to sales and directly to customers.
• Serve as a technical reference for high-power equipment projects, including new equipment acquisition and optimization.
• Address complex technical feasibility challenges during product development.
