Enterprise Sales Lead

About the Role:
Whatfix, a leading Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience in Enterprise sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARPA, ARR, and MRR.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
