Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders and drive successful Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent and other modules)
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools

A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant is required. You will have a proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations and support.
