The Oracle Fusion HCM Expert will ensure the successful implementation of the client's HCM solution.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with implementation processes and ability to provide technical and functional support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are beneficial.
