Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist Job Description

This role involves leading the configuration and deployment of the Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module to ensure seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Oracle certification is a plus but not required.
