Job Title: Senior Workday Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Functional Consultant to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills combined with expertise in Workday configuration and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants as the team grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
