Lead Workday HCM Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday applications, developing custom reports, and managing multiple client projects simultaneously.

As a Workday HCM specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementing new Workday applications to developing custom integrations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise applications, particularly in the HR and payroll domains. You should also have strong technical skills, including knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday HCM and payroll applications
  • Develop custom reports and integrations using Workday APIs
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Industry, preferably in the HR and payroll domains
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, particularly in the HR and payroll domains
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
