Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, with expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent Management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM
  • Experience in at least three HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools: HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
  • Expertise in at least three HCM modules
  • Familiarity with Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools
  • Strong leadership skills to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support
