Oracle HCM Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to deliver benefits processes and integrations, as well as provide intermediary support for other HCM modules.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and excellent communication skills.

  • The successful consultant will work closely with HR and payroll teams to modify/configure benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
  • They will also be responsible for supporting open enrollment and life event processing, developing/troubleshooting fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads.
  • In addition, they will build/maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits
  • Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
