As a seasoned professional in Oracle Cloud HCM, you will lead the implementation of comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration with various modules, driving business process improvement, and enhancing employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement HCM Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on HCM Cloud features and functionality.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale HCM implementations with multiple modules.
  • Expertise in Core HR, ORC, and other related modules.
  • Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
