  • Skill Requirements:
  • Provision of support for L2 and L3 operations in Workday HCM functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Performance, Benefits, and Security Functional Configuration.
  • Delivering both Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support across the following functional areas:
    • Core HCM
    • Compensation Advanced Compensation
    • Absence Management
    • Time Tracking
    • Talent Performance
    • Benefits
    • Support Scope
    • L2 Support Business Process Support
    • Security Functional Configuration
    • Production Support Break Fixes
    • L3 Support Minor Enhancements Business Processes Reports Version Updates
  • Key skills include but are not limited to:
    • Workday HCM functional areas
    • Business process support
    • Security functional configuration
    • Production support break fixes
    • Minor enhancements business processes reports version updates

Job Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience required
  • Hired candidates will be working on a hybrid work mode
  • This is an immediate joiners position only
  • No weekend support required from Monday to Friday
