Senior Cloud HCM Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate will act as a Cloud HCM Technical SME, possessing broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL). They will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing, etc.
• Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
• Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Also responsible for requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment, including engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner, and developer base.
• Collaborative work on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
• Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management, and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
• Performing unit test all high-level functionality, including staging test scenarios, and documenting test results.

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
• Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
• Willingness to work on challenging production support projects.
• Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal, able to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
• Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
• Experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
• Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a must.
• Experience with additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract, OTBI, Analysis Dashboard.
• Experience in Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance experience.
• Experience with creating and moving changes via migration sets.
• Extending Cloud through the personalization layer experience.
