Job Title: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to lead the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical components for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Create HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Design Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop formulas.
  • Foster understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
  • Understand the Redwood framework.
  • Understand Journey configuration.
  • Customize pages using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page customizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Integrate systems using REST APIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications beneficial.
