Job Description

You will lead a team of managers across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and expertise. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Setting clear performance targets and ensuring achievement of individual and regional KPIs
  • Conducting regular one-to-one reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability
  • Developing and executing regional recruitment strategies in line with our global objectives
  • Analysing regional trends, market performance, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership
