Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Program: Accelerate Programme
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Internship (with target based guarantee for full-time role)
Stipend:
3 months Virtual Classroom Training (Recruitment certification) is unpaid.
3 Months on the Job training (paid)- 15000 Per Month
Post-Internship: Opportunity to be onboarded as a Talent Acquisition Manager with significant growth potential.

About the Accelerate Programme:
The Accelerate Programme is a 6-month intensive internship designed to fast-track your career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on tech and product roles. Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager role at our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
- Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.

- Enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
