About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our team as
US IT Recruitment Interns
. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about building a career in IT staffing and recruitment. No prior experience, education background, or grade requirements are necessary — we value strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a hunger to grow above everything else.

What You'll Do

  • Learn the end-to-end recruitment process for the US IT staffing industry
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Assist recruiters in coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
  • Develop strong communication and negotiation skills by interacting with professionals
  • Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and staffing needs
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment-related documentation
