  4. Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  5. Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues efficiently.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and materials.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education:
  1. A graduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
