**Job Overview:**
This role is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Team Coordinator. As a Team Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records and generating reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle daily tasks and workloads, including incoming guest calls and emails, and provide information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.
- Educate guests on our philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- 2-3 plus years of experience.
