Job Description:

As an Associate Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering various student experience initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across teams, student councils, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring events, programs, and communities to life.

This fast-paced, student-centric environment demands someone who is adept at multitasking and owns projects that directly impact thousands of students. You will be the driving force behind coordinating operations for Tech & Non-Tech Student Clubs, supporting the Student Council in planning student-led initiatives, and tracking activities, club impact metrics, and managing logistics for club events.

You will also be responsible for organizing Masterclasses, Camps, and Mentorship Programs, as well as coordinating Industry Project logistics, student onboarding, and feedback. Additionally, you will manage outreach and scheduling for Domestic & International Conferences, plan and execute Mini Events, and support Cultural Events with cross-team collaboration.

Furthermore, you will handle logistics and student coordination for Competitions & Hackathons, assist in managing Sports Infrastructure usage & student access systems, and possess a strong understanding of digital tools such as Google Workspace, Sheets, Slack, and Notion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (communication, management, education, or tech being preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, event execution, student affairs, or community building.
  • Prior involvement in college clubs, fests, or student leadership is highly advantageous.
