Role Overview

We are seeking coordinators to plan and deliver heart health awareness events in government institutions, hospitals, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with state officials, hospital administrators, and community leaders.
  • Manage programme logistics, permissions, and approvals for successful event execution.
  • Align our initiatives with state health strategies and document outcomes for long-term collaboration.
  • Represent our organization in local consultations, workshops, and meetings when needed.
  • Coordinate awareness events, literacy campaigns, and health camps with hospitals, corporates, and PSUs.
  • Mobilize participants and ensure smooth programme delivery through effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee venue permissions, IEC material approvals, volunteer coordination, and equipment support.
  • Prepare comprehensive event reports, outcome summaries, and documentation.
  • Collect monitoring data (attendance, feedback, awareness indicators) and share with our team.
  • Follow up with hospitals and government offices to sustain engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate our programmes within government health initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in public health, NGOs, CSR, hospitals, or development programmes.
  • Demonstrated work with government health systems, NHM, NCD Cells, Medical Colleges, and District Hospitals.
  • Prior experience in organizing community health events, awareness campaigns, or patient engagement programmes.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and coordination skills with ability to navigate government processes.
  • Proficiency in local language for effective engagement with communities.
