Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. This includes conducting regular inspections, risk assessments on-site, identifying potential hazards, and implementing preventive measures.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  3. Identify potential risks and implement mitigating strategies.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  5. Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and analyze root causes.
  6. Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incidents, and training activities.
  7. Foster a culture of awareness among all employees by promoting best practices.
  8. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
  9. Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
  10. Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Requirements:
NEBOSH IGC Certification – Mandatory.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong understanding of UAE health and safety regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Ability to conduct audits and generate reports is required.Immediate availability to join the team would be an advantage.
