Health Risk Management Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled health risk management professional to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of organizational health risk management and wellness programs.

  • Collaborate with clients to design their organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
  • Develop implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors.
  • Design and plan every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervise the launch of the health risk management programs.
  • Supervise operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors as necessary.
  • Lead and manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
  • Build a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely and right advice and efficient quality execution of projects.
  • Work with other consultants to strategize on approaching target clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to current clients.

A key responsibility will be to conduct thorough health risk analysis and management consulting for various clients. This includes structuring customer proposal and consulting report formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projects.

Another critical task is setting up data analysis structure and methodology and/or undertaking organizational health risk data analysis of an organization. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with selected vendors to create customized health management programs for specific clients.
