Enterprise Risk Management Professional

The ideal candidate will oversee all operational activities within the Enterprise Risk Management function.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for managing risk across the organization.
  • Design and implement robust control systems to mitigate risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk-related activities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Update policies and procedures to reflect changing regulatory and strategic scenarios, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Support risk owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls within their business units, as well as action plans to address any gaps in mitigating measures.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders on risk management performance.
Educational Qualifications

A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution is required. Certifications such as FRM, CFA, and CBCP are highly valued.

Experience

At least 4-8 years of experience in similar roles is necessary.

Skills Required

Proficiency in business operations and risk management principles is essential.
