Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management professional to enhance our operational resilience.

This role is responsible for identifying risks, maintaining the risk register, evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification & Register Maintenance
  • Proactively identify potential risks across operations and projects, and maintain a comprehensive risk register with severity, likelihood, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor & Evaluate Risk Plans
  • Assess the effectiveness of current risk management strategies and recommend improvements for adaptability and efficiency.
  • Conduct Investigations & Assessments
  • Perform in-depth analysis to uncover vulnerabilities and use findings to shape robust risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop Contingency Plans
  • Create actionable backup plans to minimize impact from unforeseen events and ensure preparedness and control.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare clear, concise reports on risk processes and outcomes, and engage stakeholders in informed decision-making.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Align risk frameworks with legal and regulatory standards to support organizational stability and reputation.

Key Success Factors:

Proactive risk identification, detailed assessments, adaptive planning, strong contingency strategies, clear communication, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: CA / MBA with 5–10 years of experience
  • Desirable: PMP Certification
  • Experience:
  • Plant/Manufacturing environment
  • Defence business exposure
  • SAP environment (preferred)
