Job Title: Customer Order Management Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Order Management Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling orders from customers managed by Sales Account Holders, providing exceptional service to secure our position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.
  • You will work closely with the Sales team, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping departments to deliver operational excellence according to our value proposition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account management: You will manage customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and developing new customers: You will research and identify potential new customers, develop business plans, and build relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Understanding customers' application requirements and suggesting suitable products: You will analyze customer needs, recommend products, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Managing End-to-End Sales solutions and customer support cycles: You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless sales solutions, address customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinating orders with production and logistics: You will manage the order-to-delivery process, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues: You will proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understanding technical drawings and releasing BOMs in the ERP system: You will review technical drawings, create Bill of Materials (BOMs), and update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid technical background with a Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A high level of enthusiasm, persistence, and motivation in pursuing goals.
  • Highly structured, analytical, fact-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
