Job Overview:

The Customer Order Service Executive is responsible for processing orders received via manual or online platforms in defined ERP systems. They will interact with internal teams to ensure product delivery, maintaining accurate and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create orders in SAP/C4C, ensuring accurate invoicing parameters.
  • Handle customer queries/complaints, escalating complex issues to Subject Matter Experts/Team Leads.
  • Maintain order integrity, accuracy, and consistency of communication status information.
  • Monitor invoicing and timely delivery at the customer site.
  • Release orders from credit hold in collaboration with the credit team.
  • Remove order blocks, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Create internal/demo orders, closely coordinating with channel partners/sales teams.
  • Interact with sales ops, supply chain, and warehouse teams for product availability and inform customers on order status.
  • Create financial documents in SAP (e.g., deferrals, adjustments, rebate agreements).
  • Collect relevant documents from logistics and trigger the invoicing process.
  • Work with field teams and sales operations to resolve issues not within Business Operations scope.
  • Manage customer claims on defective products, coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and transportation.
  • Maintain documentation for audit needs and participate in monthly governance calls.
  • Log complaints in the designated database and support closure of complaints.
  • Raise CIMR requests to update customer master pricing and generate proforma invoices.
