SAP Customer Service Senior Consultant

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end SAP CS implementations, upgrades and support activities\
  • Providing expert functional and technical guidance on SAP CS processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns and claims\
  • Closely collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions\
  • Configuring and customizing SAP CS module to optimize customer service workflows\
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues escalated from support teams\
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other modules\
  • Preparing and reviewing functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements\
  • Mentoring junior consultants and support teams promoting knowledge sharing and best practices\
  • Conducting workshops training sessions and user support to maximize system adoption\
  • Staying updated with SAP CS latest features tools and industry trends recommending continuous improvements\
