SAP Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our SAP services business. This role will be responsible for driving new enterprise-level sales, building relationships with key customers, and developing customized solutions using SAP products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in SAP sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently without extensive onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive New Enterprise-Level Sales: Focus on selling SAP consulting, implementation, and staffing services to large enterprises.
  • Owning the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closing, take ownership of the entire sales process.
  • Account Strategies: Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate and grow key SAP accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement, and SAP Program Managers to build strong relationships.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to shape customized SAP solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at SAP and industry events.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Sell SAP services or SAP staffing to enterprise clients with 8+ years of experience.
  • SAP Ecosystem Network: Strong network within the SAP ecosystem and demonstrated ability to open doors at large accounts.
  • High-Growth Environment: Experience working in a high-growth consulting or systems integration environment.
  • SAP Product Portfolio: Excellent understanding of SAP product portfolio (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, GRC, etc.).
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independence: Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and deliver results quickly.
