Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers via email, social media, and phone calls. You will respond promptly to their queries, resolve any issues they may have, and provide detailed information to ensure their satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
