Key Role: Customer Experience Champion

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting a seamless customer journey, encompassing efficient call handling and regular follow-ups, issue resolution via multiple communication channels, and collecting feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Effective logistics and order management will also be integral to the role.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Expertly handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels.
  • Analyze and act on customer feedback to consistently improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage logistics and order processes to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics is highly valued.
Preferred Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
